I'm reading the comments and people have to make it there own build it up and you will enjoy it more I use the peanut butter and banana with almond milk along with other things like dates cacao powder 3 different types of nuts, and a frozen banana but the point is experiment on what taste works best for you
I tried the Peanut Butter Cup and liked it. I decided to try other flavors like: Chocolate, Caramel Candybar, Strawberry and Cinnamon Roll…OMG! No grit or chalky taste, smooth texture and filling. I will definitely order more.

The creatine is everything its said to be! I benched 350 for three reps.. 340 for two reps.. 325 for 5 reps and 305 for 7 reps.. all with a 75 pound straight bar. Didn't get much drop off in stamina. Im sold on the pre work out and creatine

I've seen gains literally in a matter of 2 months from 140lbs now 159! This is top tier product and it's all natural and works. I developed shoulder soreness and with the Mwendo it's reduced the inflammation. But if there's one product you should definitely get, it's the Nektar superfood, not only does it help in meal replacements it fuels your body with all the nutrients you might miss not to mention taste freaking amazing! My order came in with no issues. I'm currently building a gym in my garage. I go to the gym at least four or five days a week, so I've been starting to use the Ambrosia supplements, and so far, so good. It hasn't been a month yet, so it's only been like a week or two, so I'll give you an update in about a week or two and see how I feel.
