Just buy it!!! I was Diagnosed with lupus three years ago and trying to work out was so difficult for me my body use to hurts so bad and I’m not the one to take pain medicine so I just had to deal with the pain since I’ve been taking this turmeric my body feels awesome I can work out I can go to work without a problem but let me tell you when I don’t take it I definitely noticed the difference.
