Shipping policy

You, the Customer are responsible for all shipping charges and fees, where it applies. There are no special rates for International Customers. International Customers are responsible for all landing costs associated with importing their order, which includes taxes and duties, broker fees, and importation fees. If International Customer refuses the package upon arrival at the destination, International Customer is responsible for all return fees. These fees may be deducted from your refund.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Depending on your destination, your order should arrive between 2 to 4 days. If your order does not arrive within 7 days, please contact our Customer Care.

DHL International Shipping
DHL is available to all International Customers. The cost of shipping when using DHL is completely based on DHL's current rates. We have no control over these shipping rates as they are dynamic and determined by several factors, including but not limited to order value, order weight, destination, and the type of transit service you choose. Our 'Rest of the World' rates does not reflect the rates of using DHL.
