The creatine is everything its said to be! I benched 350 for three reps.. 340 for two reps.. 325 for 5 reps and 305 for 7 reps.. all with a 75 pound straight bar. Didn't get much drop off in stamina. Im sold on the pre work out and creatine

Good product! Dissolves VERY well. 2.5mg dosing is small, but allows for personal adjustment according to need / comfort level (either 1 scoop for 2.5mg, 2 scoops for the standard 5mg, or 3 @ 7.5, 4 @ 10). Tasteless, which is fine...though flavor may be nice if excess sugars can be avoided.
