I was taking Scivation Extend intra workout powders and love it, but I believe this Hydroglyph is changing the game for me!! Sometimes i combine this with the Nektar!! Love it!

I'm in the process of rehydration for the previous season. I am unsure how to utilize the product but I recognize it has replaced my use for water(coffee, 1x) and soft drinks and other beverages. I also use Planta, the Banana Maple French Toast? Love the flavor and the consistency of both, I don't have spare time but I make time in the mornings to exercise, I'm beginning to run outside as well as lift weights and increase the amount of time that I walk. Prayerfully this stuff and the vitamins and other medicines that I take are not making me gain weight; I need to live and not live to eat. Also, the Planta might be backlogged at Walgreens, there is a location closeby that I purchased it from(3 bags full), and it isn't at the GNC that I went to although (Kristopher) the salesperson knew of Mike Rashid. Looks like the business is going swell, I'll remain in touch. Peace.
