The creatine is everything its said to be! I benched 350 for three reps.. 340 for two reps.. 325 for 5 reps and 305 for 7 reps.. all with a 75 pound straight bar. Didn't get much drop off in stamina. Im sold on the pre work out and creatine
I used atlas and pa7 together and had a great pump as far as being able to push the weight! I could definitely tell the difference
I love it so far. Take everyday. My days not completed without it.
This brand of creatine is like no other on the market. Excellent quality and it’s right on. At 61 years of age it keeps me motivated to stop at the finish line.

Love how it makes my body feel just from taking it about a week look forward to further experience
So far, the product has been great. It's been under a month but over time, I'm sure I'll see more results!!! I like that there is magnesium and acetic acid that's included in the creatine. Would recommend to other people.
Stay focus, and pump @ the same time
