Game Changer I really love the protein powder. I can literally drink it all day that’s how good it is. The fasting formula (pineapple mango) was really good. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the flavor (watermelon )pre workout. The taste wasn’t the best to me but I may need to play around with the water ratio. It’s not terrible or intolerable, it’s just not as good as the other products.

Strength bundle Great combo everything taste great, watermelon candy, melted chocolate, and the mango hydroglyph. Noticeable results with moderate exercise. Wish there was 30 servings in the protein because everything else is 30 but that is my only downside highly recommend
The best I’ve tried in my life This stuff is the real deal been almost a year and my results are majorly noticed and felt overall just better only eating one meal a day with 2-3 shakes and a serving of a few different ambrosia supplements and I am on a roll with my fitness journey and feeling great so thanks ambrosia and keep up the high quality work that goes into these products. .

Not loving the taste You know, it wouldn’t be awful if you used some kind of natural (god forbid) sugar like organic cane sugar for flavor. I hate Stevia and getting the blood sugar up a little bit prevents muscle wasting when working out. This is overly sweet and I had to use about twice as much water as you recommended. It’s absolutely not at all refreshing or thirst quenching during a workout. A lot of ice and water definitely helps, but it’s not the answer. The reason I gave three stars and not one is because your ingredients aside from the Stevia are incredible!

Getting back on track I start my day with planta and then sip hydroglyph all day! And the kinetic helps me focus in the gym.

Gym Bros Look No Further, This is it! In addition to the products here I’ve also been taking P2 and I am in love with all of it. As a 40 yr old and ex college athlete I can tell you body hasn’t responded the same to working out and I was getting a bit discouraged. Since starting this regimen, about 8 weeks ago, I’ve gained about 15 pounds of muscle and I feel fantastic! Clean products, taste great and no side effects. LOVE IT!
