Sigh honest review So I started taking it and I have elevated thyroid I am a woman my fiance is hooked on the supps because they are a lot cleaner so I jumped on the bandwagon. it makes me hard to loose weight despite my efforts, I love going the natural route I had a reaction from it lots and lots of sweats and anxiousness confusion, crying the garcina ingredient can have some side affects for people with chemical brain imbalances and also people taking certain medications. I don’t currently take any over the counter med but. Be careful. I had to dial back on it. I really really want to love it but the garcina ingredient is not agreeing with me. I hope they can talk about the ingredients more and how they can affect our bodies. I did more research and found Garcina has little to no affects on weight loss but I would love to hear some information of the benefits or unedited before and afters etc

Best Supplement for appetite suppression! I love that it's non-stimulant! I also love that it just seems to turn the food noise off in my head. I take it consistently and I'm just not hungry but more than that I'm also not Thinking about food all the time anymore.
The products are awesome. I do love the fat burn. I’m not sure if maybe I’m taking the capsules at the wrong time that’s causing breakouts, but sometimes I have sporadic breakouts.

I take 1 pill first thing when I wake up (around 8am) and I'm not hungry until about 2pm. Right now Im only taking one per day and I'm averaging about 1500-1900 caloric deficit per day. this will NOT make you jittery like others do. so far so good.

Effective It’s worked as expected with no side effects. Since starting this sup, 2 months ago, I’ve lost 15 pounds of fat and increase muscle mass and density. I’m not a fan of pills and capsules and wish there was a powder/beverage option, but I strongly recommend it either way
