Clean minerals been a must have for a year now
I have bad knees if I don’t take the sea moss my knees hurt worse I had a knee replacement that went bad but the sea moss helps me make it. I’m 70 years old. I’m moving very great thank you.

I’ve been using it for arthritis. It does a good job if you stay consistent on it I have went on it and went off and I see the difference in my health and my knees and stuff but now that I’ve been taking it on the regular basis, my knees are not hurting as bad, so it does work for information, especially when you have bad needs like me.
I had stopped taking it for a while, but I can tell my knees are so bad now I’m back on another regiment of taking the sea moth. Thank you.
