My experience with Ember has been amazing. I've lost over 100lbs in total but I'm looking to add a little muscle now. Still using Ember as it has help curve my food cravings and increase my intermittent fasting period. This would have been a 5 star review, however, I was charged and sent a bottle of Ember on a subscription I never intended to sign up for. This happened to my wife a few months back so I tried to be cautious and aware not to select the subscription. And I didn't. Yet another bottle and another charge hit my account. The subscription has been removed but it left a bad taste in my mouth; unlike Hydroglyph, which is amazing!!
