The Blue Raspberry pre workout this time around had a different type of taste, sweetness , a different level of texture added to it. It mixes a lot better with cold water compared to years prior. I believe it’s always great to try new things to see what the consumer may think about it but Kinetic has given me a different level of focus & energy. Kinetic & Seamoss were the very first two supplements I paid monthly subscription for, once I got introduced The Ambrosia Collective. Kinetic has taken my level of focus with fitness to another level. It gives a level of energy to get through a rep, a set, sometimes I loose track to time of how miles I jog, running on a treadmill and using the stair master.
